Funky Friends Gertrude Guinea Pig Class

This class will take place on Saturday, January 25th from 3pm-5pm at Stitch Morgantown.

I highly recommend picking up your pattern early to get your templates and have some of your fabrics cut prior to class so that you have most of your friend completed at the end of the session. Once registered, I will email you when the pattern is available.

This class is recommended for a confident beginning sewist. 

What you need to bring with you:

Fabrics-This pattern is scrap friendly and I will update the listing once I have the pattern with exact requirements to be able to prep. 

Scissors and/or rotary cutter

Fabric marking tool (chalk, water or heat soluble marker or pen, etc.)

Pins/pincushion or container

Thread to piece your pig

Hand sewing needle (sharp embroidery needle recommended) to sew on felt nose and mouth details as well as sew the hole closed. This is going to be the very last step of the project and you will likely be completing this step at home. 

Sewing Machine-**You may bring your own machine or use one here at Stitch. Your preference.

12 oz bag of polyfil to stuff your piggy ($8.50 value)

Black felt pieces for nose and mouth precut for you with length of black DMC embroidery floss. ($1 value)
